2010 MOVE-IN

For the convenience of our residents, we will be staggering move-ins on multiple days.  This will minimize wait time and allow our staff to be better prepared for your arrival.  Between now and July 31, 2010, please follow the link below to complete the online check-in process and register for your preferred move in date:

MOVE-IN DAY REGISTRATION

Keys may be picked up from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on your designated move-in day. There is a limited number of move-ins allotted for each day, and when a particular day fills up, it will be closed.  

The community will be very busy on Move-In Day.   Please be advised of the following:

Packages:

• To expedite your move-in, we strongly recommend that you ship the majority of your belongings ahead of time.
• We will accept packages between Monday, August 23 and Friday, August 27, and they will be placed in your room.  (Label boxes on all sides with name and room number.)

Parking:

• After unloading, you may park your vehicle at your hotel or in the one of the paid parking lots in University City. Please visit the Residents’ Section of our website for a list of lots in the area.

Moving Assistance:

• Radian staff will not be available to unload your car or carry your belongings.
• Moving dollies and carts will not be provided, so please plan accordingly. A list of recommended moving companies is available on the Residents’ Section of our website.

Payment:

• To expedite your move-in process, please complete payment prior to your arrival. Online payment options are available on the Residents’ Section of our website.
