REGISTRATION




RADIAN MOVE-IN REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2011.


Move-ins will take place over several days, with a limited number on each day. Please select your preferred date from the list below. Keys may be picked up between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on your selected move-in day. (Note: Once a particular day is full, it will be marked as CLOSED.)
   
       
To expedite your move-in, we strongly recommend that you ship the majority of your belongings ahead of time. We will accept packages between Monday, August 22 and Friday, August 26. As a courtesy to our residents, any packages received between August 22-26 will be delivered directly to your room. Any packages arriving after August 26 will be stored in our package room and will not be available for immediate retrieval. Will you be sending packages ahead of time? drop down menu:
       
Dollies and carts will not be provided, and staff will not be available to carry your belongings. Please check below to indicate that you are aware of this condition and will plan accordingly.

There is no parking available at The Radian. For move-in day, there is a special system in place for dropping off/unloading at the front of the building on Walnut with a 15-minute pass. (Someone must stay with the vehicle at all times.) After unloading, you must find a paid parking spot in the area. Please note that illegal parking is strongly enforced by local authorities. Visit radianapartments.com/movein for a list of parking lots in University City.

I understand that on Move-In Day, I will receive a triplicate Move-In Condition Form in my packet. I will evaluate my unit/bedspace, fill out the form and return it within 24 hours to the office. If I do not return the Move-In Condition Form, I may be responsible for all inventory/condition issues upon check-out, whether previously existing or not.
I understand that University House Communities is not responsible for and does not insure my personal property. It is my responsibility to confirm whether or not I am covered under my parent/guardian’s homeowner’s policy and to purchase Renter’s insurance if necessary.
I understand that University House Communities may contact me via email or text message while I am a current resident. (UH does not share email info with outside parties.)
