MOVE-IN DAY

Move-ins will take place over several days, with a limited number on each day. Please select your preferred date from the list below. (Once a particular day is full, it will be marked as CLOSED.)

Pick Move-In Date

To expedite your move-in, we strongly recommend that you ship the majority of your belongings ahead of time. As a courtesy to our residents, any packages received between August 23-27 will be delivered directly to your room. If shipping ahead, items must be boxed and sealed, and the resident’s last name and unit/bedspace number must be written on all 6 sides of each box.

Dollies and carts will not be provided, and staff will not be available to carry your belongings. Please check below to indicate that you are aware of this condition and will plan accordingly. (Visit the Residents’ Section on our website for more details.)

	I understand that on Move-In Day, I will receive a triplicate Move-In Condition Form in my packet. I will evaluate my unit/bedspace, fill out the form and return it within 24 hours to the office. If I do not return the Move-In Condition Form, I may be responsible for all inventory/condition issues upon check-out, whether previously existing or not.
	I understand that University House Communities is not responsible for and does not insure my personal property. It is my responsibility to confirm whether or not I am covered under my parent/guardian’s homeowner’s policy and to purchase Renter’s insurance if necessary.
	I understand that University House Communities may contact me via email or text message while I am a current resident. (UH does not share email info with outside parties.)
	I have received a copy of my lease and have read the conditions/terms within.
