Applying for the The Radian Apartments Fall 2012 is easy.
Just follow the steps below.
- Print out and complete All applications forms including:
- Application Checklist
- Resident Application (Completed by the prospective Resident)
- Guarantor Application (Completed by the person Financially
Guaranteeing your lease)
- I-9 and Passport (International Students)
- Guaranty Agreement * Be sure to include a copy of your Guarantor’s
State ID.
- Preference Sheet (Completed by the prospective Resident)
- Roommate Matching form. (Completed by the prospective Resident)
- Preferred payment form.
- Submit All of your application forms with your $135 Application
and Administrative Fees.
